Temperature recording system for the brick burning process.

Project in conjunction with the U Cuenca.

Long-term temperature monitoring and recording inside the oven during the process, using thermocouples with C700 ceramic protection for high temperature (1300°C) and a JUMO brand Logoscreen 600 video recorder as sensors.
